Why is conservation of wildlife important? Who does conservation support? We are here to help you understand these questions and more. We also will help budding conservationists learning how they can be a part of the mission!
Experiences such as our Wildlife Hikes program, in person talks, and group talks both online and in person help everyone experience wildlife in a safe and new way. Join us on one of our hikes or request a video or in person talk to learn more!
As we embark on our next journey, which is constructing our wildlife center, we will be able to invite our friends and neighbors to visit and see animals in a new way. We won't have your traditional zoo animals, but animals from your own backyard that you may have never seen before!
Our wildlife walks happen all over the area! If you see a member of our team wearing their shirt, they are happy to walk on a trail with you to teach you about the environment you are walking through as well as the wildlife in it! Wildlife spotting allows you to see these creatures in their home, as well understand more about the creatures that call our planet home.
Volunteers are happy to meet you and your group either in person or online! We will talk about wildlife issues, issues surrounding the pet trade, and how you can help animals have a second chance in the wild (where appropriate). Visit our Contact Us page and ask for more information!
Check out our events page for more information on scheduled events!
Learn how wildlife keeps themselves safe during severe weather. You will be surprised at how some creatures act!
Join our research team and find out why conservation is so important. We will have weekly videos posted on here and social media starting in Spring 2026, as well as in person talks at our center and you can also book a talk at your school or business!
Follow our Facebook page to learn when and where a member of our staff will be hiking and doing wildlife talks, which are absolutely FREE!!! Just make sure to bring some good hiking shoes and water!
You may end up in one of our videos if you join us!
