Our wildlife center is being designed to promote education and a protected home for wildlife that can not go into the wild again.
By bringing you into the center, we aim to help you find a desire to give wildlife hope and learn to live side by side, while improving your own quality of life.
Together, we can make a difference for wildlife.

Ever heard the Eastern Screech Owl or spotted an Eastern Box Turtle and their beautiful color pattern in the wild? Our Wildlife Education Center is designed to help our visitors, young and old, experience these animals and so many more! We will have domesticated birds and fish as well, so that we can continue to educate about animals around the world!
You will be able to take a leisurely stroll through the scenic nature trails of Norma Cogar Memorial Wildlife Center. Enjoy the tranquility of the surrounding forests and spot the diverse wildlife that calls it home. You will be able to walk with and around native species, including blue herons, and witness the amazing world we all depend on.
The Norma Cogar Memorial Wildlife Center is all about giving wildlife a voice. Today, we're building what Norma imagined: a sanctuary for native wildlife and rescued domesticated animals, and an Education Center that will teach thousands to care as deeply as she did.
We're raising $120,000 in the short term to purchase land and essential resources — the first milestone toward our full $2 million vision.
Every donation, no matter the size, helps us break ground on something extraordinary. Your generosity purchases acres, plants trees, builds classrooms, and gives voice to creatures who have none.
SUPPORT OUR MISSION TODAY TO MAKE A DIFFERENCE
We are excited to announce that we are now in the funding phase of our Wildlife Center project! Your support will help us give wildlife a second chance to make a difference!
Our center will house wildlife that are unable to be released into the wild due to injury, illness, or other conditions as determined under state and federal regulations. This helps to eliminate euthanizing animals that still can make a difference for their species, especially animals on the endangered species list. This will also help us educate our visitors about the special roles even local wildlife play in not only our lives locally, but also the world as a whole.
The center will also provide a place for rehabilitators to keep and support wildlife care without having to worry about the high costs of maintaining equipment. We would provide the equipment and veterinary care for animals at our center.
Join us in helping to create a new and supportive center that will allow humans and animals to live and learn together in peace!
Help everyone have the opportunity to experience the beauty of the wild world around us all! By donating to our mission, you not only help animals and your neighbors, but you will also be granted access to our eventual Opening Day Event as a VIP member of our community!
