Your support, no matter how you do it, helps us continue to make a difference for wildlife.

Without conservation research, wildlife around the world would perish forever.
Our teams are always researching how to help protect our natural lands while keeping humans and animals safe.
We aim to help educate our friends and neighbors on the beauty and wonders of the world outside. We are always working to give future visitors the opportunity to see native wildlife up close and learn to love them!

Not every animal that is rescued and rehabilitated can be returned to the wild. Our center will be a home for these animals to be able to live their days in a safe place while also helping us show the beauty of wildlife. This includes select captive bred parrots.

We have Restoration and Habitat Certification plans that enable us to help our neighbors restore lost wildlife habitat or give recognition to those who already protect habitat!

Help us by donating to our general operation fund or the Education Center Fund! These funds will help us continue to help wildlife and make a difference for our community!

We have recently launched our NEW merch store! Help us out while getting a new shirt, hoodie, or bag for your every day use!
We post on social media almost daily. You can find out more about our work and some of our animals in care. Join in the conversation today!
We are always running an event related to conservation! Check out our events page to see what is happening now!
Original release in 2015.
This cooper's hawk had gotten itself caught inside the enclosed porch you see early in the video. She was checked prior to this video and was unharmed. The blanket came into play as this was an off hours emergency call, instead of our normal equipment to protect the birds as well as ourselves from injury. Birds don't always like to work with us, but it is important that we make sure they are ok and can get back to their normal routine!
