Flying Feathers Parrot rescue

Flying Feathers is dedicated to rescuing, fostering, and adopting domestic parrots in need of a home.  Many domestic species are considered Threatened or Endangered in the wild, and NCMWC wanted to add a group dedicated to giving these wonderful animals a second chance.
